Provide continuity between Missions events - provide feedback/update on the previous focus issue

Encourage craft activities to make items for mission organisations (eg shoebox items) - DONE - "In Stitches"

Action 2006 (New Building)

Quarterly Missions Service (ongoing).

• Fundraising event in the Spring for a specific cause (eg Nargiza/Melanesian Brothers - something we can get feedback on).

Find the right place for the notice board in the new building.

• Make it more interactive - involve more people in putting it together
• Have a rota for updating the board
• Have a children's section

Set up a MAP group (Mission-Action-Prayer)

• MAP meeting every 3 months; Combine with a coffee morning
• MAP group to input into Prayer diaries and Prayer Focus services
• Consider a Missions fair/action evening/themed dinner annually

Use the Projector before/after services to provide information & updates on specific mission issues (eg focus on a individual person)

Get volunteers to act as representatives for a country/organisation and publicise them on the Missions board and in the prayer diaries as a point of contact.
