' Sweet Tastes of Heaven' Our next event for women will be a pudding tasting event. This will be on Friday 1st October from 7.30 - 9.30 and held (hopefully) in the Upper Room. We would like you to volunteer your favourite recipe to be included in a recipe book. The first 15 people to submit their recipe will be asked to make and bring their pudding to the event and will receive a free ticket! Tickets will be on sale in September for 3 pounds, which includes a copy of the recipe book. If you would like to take part please see John Berry. London Triathlon Mike says, 'Support them & support me' St Cuthbert's is a small, but active church with a multi-racial congregation in an area of spiritual and physical need. Last Sunday I took part in the London Triathlon (Olympic distance) on their behalf (3hrs 36mins). Please pick up a leaflet from the foyer, it's not too late to help. The aim is to make this a meeting place / contact point for local people as well as to provide back up for the Abney Run.
