  	<description>Our next event for women will be a pudding tasting event. This will be on Friday 1st October from 7.30 - 9.30 and held (hopefully) in the Upper Room. We would 
like you to volunteer your favourite recipe to be included in a recipe book. The first 15 people to submit their recipe will be asked to make and bring their 
pudding to the event and will receive a free ticket! Tickets will be on sale in September for 3 pounds, which includes a copy of the recipe book. If you would like 
to take part please see John Berry.</description>

  	<description>Mike says, 'Support them and support me.'  St Cuthbert's is a small, but active church with a multi-racial congregation in an area of spiritual and physical need.  
Last Sunday I took part in the London Triathlon (Olympic distance) on their behalf (3hrs 36mins). Please pick up a leaflet from the foyer, it's not too late to help.

    <title>Men's Breakfast</title>

  	<description>The leaders have decided to close Men's Breakfast and replace it with a Saturday Cafe starting on 02 October 9.30 -11.30am.  
The aim is to make this a meeting place / contact point for local people as well as to provide back up for the Abney Run.  
A selection of newspapers will be available along with sausage / bacon sandwiches and a cup of tea for 1 pound.  More details will follow nearer the time.  
NB Mike has tried to contact Men's Breakfast members to explain  the decision, but is glad to speak personally with anyone he didn't manage to reach.</description>

which you may like to join.  This is administered by Mike, but you don't need to become a 'friend' with Mike to join
